Bite of Oregon 2011

 Today me and my dad went to the Bite of Oregon.We ate a crab cake with Musturd.

We also ate seafood Chowder.

I ate a PBJ with peanut butter,Bannanas,Strawberry jam and Gina Maria cream cheese.

We also ate Hefewisen steamed Mussles.

We had a little bit of Fresh Oregon Dungeness crab cake with lemon Aioli.We tried a little bit of a Pretzels and Yogurt.We were going to have a little bit of a Slider but we did'nt.We drank some Pomegranite juice.We were going to have a Root beer float instead we had a mint chocolate chip Ice cream.

We also ate some Army food.It was all really good.
I liked the PB'an J because its very unique.My least favorite was the yogurt because you had to stirr it up.

Pearl's Phat Burger

Today I went to Pearl's phat Burger with my dad,my cousin,and my uncle.

I had a phat burger.

My dad had a bula burger.
The phat burger was very juicy.The Bula burger was good becase of the onion ring's and Kobe beef.The Phat burger was good because of the cheese,the bacon,and the ketchup.Next time I'm going to get a Bula burger.We also ate garlic french fries.It was spicy.

Deviled Eggs

Today  I made deviled eggs with help from my dad.2 of the deviled eggs had whipped cream with sprinkles and strawberries.

Jared plated all of the foods himself, except for the whipped cream. He came up with all of the "recipes" himself except for the bacon one.

The eggs were super good.Another two of the deviled eggs had crushed bacon.

I think the one with the crushed bacon is the best.I also made two with cheese and tortilla chips.

It was also very good.two of them had candy corn.

They were very good  because they were very sweet..I had one with crushed whoppers sprinkled around the eggs.

Another two had Sriracha sauce on top.

I told Jared that appearance is important for the chef, thus the sauce design.

They were very spicy and good.But I’m never gonna make it again because its so spicy.

Beaverton Bakery (Lake Oswego)

Saturday I went to Beaverton Bakery. I went with my brother and dad. I ate a bear claw a doughnut a cookie and a brownie, My favorite was the bear claw.

"Should we eat it here or wrap it and take it...oh, never mind."

I like the bear claw because of the cinamman. My second favorite was the brownie.

For mom

The third favorite was the doughnut.

This was my St. Patrick's Day donut, I'm glad I remembered to take a picture before I finished it.

My least favorite was the cookie.

Asher choose to eat a U of O cookie.

I wish I put ice cream and whipp cream. I totally want to go back. I am gonna try a cake. The rating was five *****

Bunk Sandwiches

Me and my dad went to Bunk Sandwiches. I ate a egg and bacon sandwich.

Egg, bacon, cheese on a hard bun.

I just hope that Jared's school does not conduct any random drug tests in the next 24 hours.

Dad ate a Roast beef sandwich. 

Roast Beef with caramelized onions, chedder and horseradish sauce.

It tasted delicious. The best part was the egg. The worst part was the cheese. It smelled delicious. I drank a black cherry soda. I would put marshmellows and chocolate chips. Dessert was doughnuts. 

At Voodoo Donuts, I told Jared that he can have only one donut. Guess which one he wanted.

It was good but I like my dads sandwiches better.

Christmas Dinner at Uncle's House

We went to my uncles house for christmas. We ate brisket and pulled pork and coleslaw and beans.

I like it cause it is barbecued.And cause I like stuff that are barbecued.For my drink I had a blue raspberry soda.IT WAS GOOD!

(I'm guessing that tone of blue cannot be found in nature).

It was good cause it was a really good soda.

Hot Lips Pizza (Portland State University)

Today I went to hot lips.

I ate cheese pizza.

Dad ate the silciian.

Sicilian pizza with roasted garlic parmesan breadsticks.

Asher ate the breadstick.He had ranch with it.Asher did not like the marina sauce.HE loved the ranch.

I liked both of them.And I liked the blueberry soda.I did not liked the chiken parmesan.

Alfredo sauce, breaded chicken, mushrooms, roast peppers, parmesan.

My fravite was the blueberry soda.

Blueberry Soda on tap from fresh Pacific NW blueberries.

I DID NOT LIKE OLIVES.
